The diffuser fabric is not firmly sewn, but is held in place with a Velcro connection. It is therefore replaceable. The scope of delivery includes 3 covers. Full, Half & Quarter. This allows you to adjust the degree of softness more precisely on set. The material underneath is completely transparent. If you need maximum brightness, you could also leave out the diffuser.
Otherwise, the principle is exactly the same as with the Classic series. The light is fixed in place with Velcro strips. You can inflate it with a standard air pump (like an air mattress). The diameter increases to 19 cm. You can limit the light cone using curtains. Important operating elements of the light remain freely accessible.
The Airtube Switch 60 is a softbox for tube lights with a length of 60 cm.

Safety instructions

• If the light is completely covered with curtains and aprons, the ambient temperature is very high and / or the light is running at full power, you should keep an eye on the temperature. It may be necessary to allow the luminaire to cool down slightly or to ensure adequate ventilation.
• The AIRTUBE can withstand a temperature of up to 85°C / 185°F
• Maximum air pressure: 12 PSI / 0.83 bar. Especially when inflating with a compressor, you should keep an eye on the pressure to ensure that the seams remain intact.
• To protect the Airtube from kinking or other damage, you should roll it up carefully when storing or transporting it. We recommend storing it in the box.

Care tips

• the white, translucent fabric is best cleaned with warm water and, if necessary, a gentle soap
• the black cover is best cleaned with warm water and a common household cleaner
